Yes, if you are an intermediate learner preparing for JLPT N3. This hour of grammar review is taught in Japanese, so you practise listening while revising exam patterns, though it works better as study than as entertainment.

Why it works for learners
Most grammar videos explain Japanese in English. This one, from the Nihongo no Mori channel, keeps the explanation in easy Japanese, so the teaching itself becomes listening practice. At about 65 minutes it covers N3 grammar in one sitting, and each pattern comes with the kind of sentence you would meet on the test. You also learn the words teachers use to talk about grammar, which helps with any later Japanese-medium class.
What makes it hard
It is cram material, built for people close to an exam, so patterns arrive quickly with little time to absorb them. If you have never met N3 grammar, an hour of it will blur together. There is no story to carry you.
How to use it
Watch ten or fifteen minutes at a time and pause after each pattern to write your own sentence. Note any you could not follow, then return to those parts. Rewatch the full hour shortly before a mock test as a final check.
