Yes, at intermediate level. This Japanese version of Boys Over Flowers (Hana Yori Dango) offers casual, clear teen speech and a very easy-to-follow romance, and 20 episodes make it a manageable series. Do remember that the rude rich-boy speech is not a model.

Why it works for learners
School dramas give you the casual forms most textbooks leave out, and here they are spoken clearly enough to catch. A working-class heroine confronting four rich boys creates a useful contrast between rude, polite and everyday talk. Because the story is told plainly with big emotions, you rarely lose track. Each episode runs around 54 minutes, so you have long stretches with the same voices, and class differences show up directly in the way people speak.
What makes it hard
The boys' arrogant, insulting speech is fun to hear and a bad idea to imitate. Casual contractions can catch you out if you have mostly learned polite forms. Dialogue is also mid-2000s drama talk, so some slang may sound dated to younger Japanese speakers.
How to use it
Watch the first few episodes, and each time pick one confrontation scene to replay. Note how plain forms replace the polite ones you know. Try rewriting a few lines in polite Japanese, which helps you see how much the register changes.
