Only if you are advanced. Bref. narrates a thirty-something's small failures at breakneck speed, and the original episodes last just a couple of minutes, so you can replay a whole one many times as an intense listening workout.

Why it works for learners
Almost no other show lets you study an entire episode in the time it takes to make coffee. The narrator talks at speed in short, punchy fragments about ordinary embarrassments: dates, parties, jobs, flatmates. Casual spoken French, with its contractions and dropped words, comes at you in concentrated form. The fast editing helps too, since each image shows you what the sentence means. A later six-episode season uses a longer format, so start with the originals.
What makes it hard
This is about as fast as scripted French gets, and much is said in fragments with slang and swearing. Blink and a joke is gone. Don't judge your overall listening level by it, because many French viewers need full attention too.
How to use it
Pick one early episode and watch it five times: with French subtitles, then without, then pausing after each sentence. Write down what you caught. Shadowing even ten seconds of the narrator teaches you more about French rhythm than a whole slower film.
